Key responsibilities of the Senior Associate would be to :

• Work on client’s projects according to requirements specified by Project Manager.
• Lead small teams and take ownership of modules of the project.
• Plan and execute module allocated by the Project manager within defined timelines and guidelines effectively.
• Maintain quality of work product for both internal and external clients.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction from work product.
• Work on internal initiatives according to requirements specified by project manager with minimum supervision.
• Document, develop and refine scalable and repeatable process for all lines of businesses (LOBs) worked upon.
• Participate actively in training.

Eligibilty: B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.E (CS/ IT/ ECE/ EEE) candidates from All IITs and NIT (Suratkal / Warangal / Trichy) and BITS Pilani) from 2009/2010 batches with an agreggate of 70% and above.


Requirements :

• 2-4 yrs of experience in IP/ Patent industry.
• Having demonstrated leadership skills (project management experience).
• Capability to understand complex / cutting-edge technology issues, across domains.
• Highly developed presentation, communication skills.
• Fully proficient in Common MS Office applications.
