 Job Description 

Urgent Requirement of Executive/ Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts!!

Qualification : B.Com with 5 - 8 years of experience or M.Com with 2-6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilties:
  • Handle cash disbursement, cheque preparartion, payroll and record of employee perquistes.
  • Data entry of cash/bank transactions.
  • Maintains creditors/debtors records and follow-up for settlement of account.
  • Maintaining and updating fixed assets registerrecords.
  • Records vendor bills and requsiitions for payments.
  • Ensures deduction, timely deposits and updating of TDS registers/records.
  • Ensures data entry of jounal vouchers, monthly payments and other reconcillation vouchers.
  • Ensures accurate doctors payment records and ensure timely disbursement of payment due to them.
  • Preparation of final statement of affairs viz. Balance sheet, Profit & Loss A/c and annexure.
  • Observes and maintain confidentiality of records and keep them in safe custody.
  • Ensures that all books of accounts are updated daily.
  • Ensures proper updation of MIS.
  • Verifies and prepares vouchers.
  • Any other responsibilty assigned by seniors.
