• ITIL Framework Skilled
• Application of WAN, VPN and Firewall Skilled
• Remedy Tools for Ticketing Skilled
• List of Tools currently used Skill Level Hands on Experience

• As a monitoring analyst, you would be responsible for support monitoring in multiple client environments which include: servers, storage devices, NetView, security devices and other peripheral services and hardware. A variety of tools are used include MOM (Microsoft Operations Manager) and Tivoli. Data warehouse and reporting experience are an asset
