Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
(UG - B.Sc - Computers) AND (PG - M.Sc - Computers)
The ideal candidate will
have the process improvement, engineering and leadership experience and
skills to create process improvement and test automation strategies, and
execute these strategies within QA and engineering for L2/L3 products
Minimum 6+ years of Software Testing and Development Experience, of which at least 3+ years should be in L2/L3 protocols testing.
Hands-on experience in QA with strong experience in the black-box testing. Engineer should be able to design, plan, execute and report on functional and non functional tests covering functional areas of L2/L3 protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required and penchant for working in a team as a team player.
Must have strong analytical skills, be decisive and detail-oriented
Self directed and highly motivated, with good time management habits.
