Workshop Manager

Responsibilities:

The workshop manager is responsible for supervising all the activities of the service centre.  This position is the head of after sale customer service, spare parts and service/repair section

Responsibilities include overseeing day to day workshop activities, planning process improvement and implementation to positively affect customer retention, customer satisfaction and workshop sales.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post graduate Diploma. Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent

Must have automotive technical trouble-shooting and analysis experience along with customer relations experience, strong communication, analytical and organization skills

Ability to perform all duties independently and managerial skill are required.

Proficient in communication in English and preferably in Malay with a pleasant personality

Should be able to handle basic computer software (Microsoft word, excel, etc)
