Job Description

Job Summary:
 

                    Business Context and Role Description: The Global Mobility Senior Manager is responsible for, in collaboration with key internal groups, designing, developing, recommending and implementing the mobility programs and the strategic link to Accenture’s business. He/she will design new concepts in area of global mobility and strategically position global mobility strategy within the business model and human capital strategy including gathering and documenting input from internal stakeholders.

                  Responsibilities includes business alignment and strategic planning, end to end employee experience, mobility policy (new policy developments, updates of current policies, interpretation, exception management with resolutions, approvals and communications), benchmarking, case and vendor management, internal and external communications, and managing process training
 
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 8 to deliver:



  1.     Business Alignment and Strategic Planning
  2.     End to end employee experience
  3.     Process integration
  4.     Mobility policy, benchmarking, case and vendor management
  5.     Communications and Training on mobility processes and impacts
